Products may be returned in original, unopened packaging within 7 days of the purchase date.

Why do I need to measure myself prior to ordering a garment?
Our garments are designed to provide a defined contour to the body, while regular clothing allows for slight variation. For this reason, it’s important to carefully measure yourself and follow our size charts prior to placing an order.

How do I launder my compression garment?
To preserve the special qualities of your garment and its proprietary fabric, you can find recommended laundering instructions, here.

How do I apply a promotional code?
At checkout, you'll find the "Apply A Coupon Code" entry field used to apply your promotional code. Only one code can be applied per order. Once a code has been applied, the order tally will update to reflect the discount. To remove a discount code, click the "Remove" on the right of the "Applied Promotions" box.

I've already placed my order. Can I make changes or cancel?
Changes or cancel cannot be made once you have submitted your order.

･ Purchase on or above HKD 600.00, enjoy free shipping.

･ Purchase below HKD 600.00, pay by receiver.

･ It may take up to an additional 5 working days to be dispatched.

International Shipping

Orders placed on our website can only be delivered to destinations inside Hong Kong and Macau.

Returns + Exchanges

Merchandise ordered in error may be returned in original unopened packaging. Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

How to Return?

We recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking and retaining your tracking number until return is confirmed to be received at Marena. The shipping costs will be born by the customer.
